Art o' Not – You're the Critic!

The artist and sponsor were so ashamed of putting this up on the streets of my city that this “sculpture” isn’t even labeled. Or maybe they just forgot. In any case, what the hell is it supposed to be anyway??? A metallic library?

Our Verdict: Stupid does not equal art.
