I thought this was a little disturbing. But is it art?

RustiCristo by Christopher Locke

metal sculpture

Made from salvaged steel nuts and bolts, pulled from a swampy mud-filled parking lot at an abandoned machine shop. Parts were cleaned and welded, then given a patina with distilled vinegar, ripped jeans, and snow. Unpainted. The corpus is bolted to a 2X4 box tube cross, and can be removed and installed on any other type of cross, although I think this one works perfectly.
